We accept credit card payment and cheques drawn on UK bank accounts. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa Credit, Visa Delta, Mastercard and Switch. We cannot accept Visa Electron or Solo cards. Please do not send cash. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

We ship your purchases for free within the UK. We try to ship your purchase within 3-5 working days. Shipping to non-UK destinations is charged at cost and is indicated during the checkout process and varies according to where you live and the weight of the parcel. We will choose the carrier according to that which is most appropraite to your location and delivery requirements. All delivery times quoted are estimates only based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. We reserve the right to split your delivery but only charge you for postage and packing for your first delivery, where applicable.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order as soon as we have your cleared funds. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days from that point . International orders are generally received in under 20 days, but this is subject to additional address verification from your credit card company.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, it is likely to be out of print. We therefore do not back order any items. In these circumstances your order will be cancelled and we will inform you by email, suggesting alternatives if appropriate.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added on applicable goods and services (including shipping and handling). Books are currently zero rated for VAT in the UK. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. If you are unhappy to send credit card details over the 'net, then we are happy to take them by phone or fax - please ensure you quote your order number in any communication.
