Internet Artwork Guidelines

If you have artwork and /or wording that you would like us to use in the design of the advert, you may do so. Any images you send should be in gif, bmp or jpg format.

Alternatively, we can visit your website and design your advert from there.

If you have no website and are unable to provide artwork, we will produce a basic design from the details you provided on the order form.

A link to a preview of your advert will be emailed to you.


Infopage Guidelines:

You have also ordered a company Infomation Page which we will link from your entry.
So that we can build this prior to your ad going live you need to supply us with your text and any images via email.

-	The Infopage should be between 500 and 1000 words and may contain upto 3 images
-	The Infopage should be composed in the third party (eg 'the company', not 'we')
-	The Infopage should contain a list of your company's services
-	Include your company's full contact details (including relevant email addresses) at the foot of the article
-	Text should be submitted as either plain (ASCII) text or Microsoft Word. All images should be sent as GIF, JPG or TIF format, and NOT embedded into the document.
-	We are happy to update your content from time to time, if appropriate.

Editorial Guidelines

Your order includes the provision of editorial copy for a channel within the site.

-	The editorial must be neutral and reflect the subject in a balanced way. Biased editorial will be rejected or heavily edited.
-	The editorial should be between 500 and 1000 words and may contain upto 3 images
-	The editorial should be composed in the third party (eg 'the company', not 'we')
-	Please include a headline to your article (which does not include your company name)
-	Include your company's contact details at the foot of the article
-	Text should be submitted as either plain (ASCII) text or Microsoft Word. All images should be sent as GIF, JPG or TIF format, and NOT embedded into the document.
-	We are happy to update your content from time to time, if appropriate.
